Cancellation Policy
AfterGlow Cancellation Policy At AfterGlow, we understand that life happens, and sometimes appointments need to be adjusted. To ensure fairness to all my clients as well as myself, I have implemented the following cancellation policy: 1. Appointment Cancellations I kindly request a 24-hour notice for any appointment cancellations or reschedules. This allows me to accommodate other clients who may be requesting the same appointment time and ensures that my time is respected as well. As a small business, last-minute cancellations greatly impact my ability to manage my income, plan for daycare, and coordinate with my other job. Your consideration helps keep my schedule organized and my business running smoothly. 2. Late Cancellations & No-Shows Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee of $25. No-shows or failure to attend an appointment without prior notice will result in a no-show fee of $50. 3. Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, I may need to reschedule your appointment, and a late cancellation fee may apply. I will do my best to accommodate you, but I will not delay other clients in cases of tardiness. 4. Emergency Considerations I understand that emergencies happen. If you have an unexpected situation, please contact me as soon as possible, and I will evaluate cancellations on a case-by-case basis. 5. Refunds & Rescheduling Cancellation fees are non-refundable but may be applied as a credit toward a future appointment if rescheduled within 2 weeks of the original appointment and that service is completed. 6.
