### 1. **Consultation and Medical History**
- All clients must undergo a consultation before receiving any Botox or filler treatment.
- You are required to disclose your full medical history and inform the practitioner of any allergies, medications, or pre-existing conditions that could affect the treatment.
- The practitioner reserves the right to refuse treatment if deemed medically inappropriate.

### 2. **Results and Expectations**
- Botox and dermal fillers provide temporary results, and individual results may vary.
- Full effects of Botox can take up to 14 days, while fillers can show results immediately but may require up to 2 weeks to settle.
- Maintenance treatments may be required for continued results. Your practitioner will discuss an appropriate treatment plan.

### 3. **Post-Treatment Care**
- Post-treatment care instructions will be provided, and it is essential to follow these guidelines to ensure optimal results.
- In case of any side effects such as swelling, bruising, or discomfort, please contact the clinic for further guidance.

### 4. **Appointments and Cancellations**
- We kindly request 12-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. 

### 5. **Payments and Refunds**
- All treatments must be paid in full at the time of service. We accept credit, debit, cash, and Venmo
- Refunds are not offered for any services rendered, as results are subjective and can vary between individuals.
- In the unlikely event of a complication, a follow-up appointment will be scheduled to address any concerns.

### 6. **Age Restrictions**
- Clients must be at least 18 years old to receive Botox or filler treatments.
- Valid identification may be requested for age verification.

### 7. **Contraindications**
- Botox and fillers are not suitable for individuals who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have certain medical conditions (e.g., autoimmune disorders, infections at the treatment site).
- It is your responsibility to inform the practitioner of any changes in your health or medication that could affect the treatment.

### 8. **Privacy and Data Protection**
- Your personal information and medical details will be handled with strict confidentiality and will only be used for your treatment.
- We comply with all relevant data protection regulations and will not share your information with third parties without your consent.

### 9. **Liability**
- While all treatments are carried out by qualified professionals, Botox and filler treatments are non-invasive cosmetic procedures with potential risks. We cannot be held liable for any adverse reactions or unsatisfactory results that may occur, including, but not limited to, swelling, bruising, or asymmetry.
- By proceeding with treatment, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

### 10. **Right to Refuse Treatment**
- We reserve the right to refuse service to any client if we believe the treatment may not be suitable for them, or if the client’s expectations are unrealistic.
